Shocking stats reveal that 78% of students face bullying during their nursing school days, and more than half encounter it during clinical rotations. 📚😞 Surprisingly, 60% of new nurses bail on their first job within six months due to negative coworker vibes. 🚑💔 Dubbed 'eating our young,' this toxic culture is sadly ingrained, but with a little HEART... we've got the power to change it! Let's all work together to create a more supportive and uplifting atmosphere in the nursing community! 🌟💪
